What if I am delayed coming out after landing?

For airport pickups:

The first 1 hour and 30 minutes after flight arrival are included at no extra charge.

We monitor your flight and adjust accordingly. If you need additional time, just text us.

Do you offer same-day or last-minute rides?

Not at this time. Voyage specializes in scheduled, guaranteed transportation booked at least 24 hours ahead.

How does pricing work?

Voyage uses flat rate pricing with no surge pricing or hidden fees.

You will receive your exact price before confirming your reservation.

Will my driver arrive early?

Yes. Drivers are trained to arrive 10–15 minutes early for every pickup.

Can I trust the driver assigned to me?

Do you transport elderly passengers or individuals who may need extra assistance?

Yes. Voyage provides safe, patient transportation for elderly passengers. We do not transport medical patients or individuals requiring medical care, physical lifting, or specialized equipment.

If additional assistance is needed during pickup or drop off, a family member or caregiver must provide consent and confirm all instructions in advance. Additional fees may apply for extended assistance or extra time.

Do you provide car seats or booster seats for children?

Yes. Voyage offers both child car seats ($10) and booster seats ($5) for families who need them. If parents choose to use their own car seat or booster, Voyage cannot store or hold that equipment after the trip due to logistics and limited storage space.

Do you transport unaccompanied minors?

Yes. Voyage transports minors aged 12 and older with the consent of a parent or guardian. All pickup and drop off details must be confirmed in advance to ensure a safe and supervised transfer.

Additional fees may apply for extended assistance, extra time at pickup or drop off, or special handling requests.
